Room Description

A 50 percent deposit is required upon reservation. All remaining room costs will be charged in full upon your arrival. A $200 security fee will be taken upon your arrival, and returned to you at the end of your visit.

In-season Chalet Loon rentals (June 30, 2018 – September 1, 2018) require a one-week minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday, and are $350/night + $150 cleaning fee. Total for the week: $2,600 for up to 12 people.

Off-season require a 2-night minimum stay, and are $299/night.

Want a remote getaway? Book a getaway in our newly-built log-style chalet – it sleeps up to 12 people! Inside you’ll find a cathedral ceiling, skylights, HDTV, and a wood burning fireplace. Outside there’s a private fire pit, large deck, and a barbecue.

There are four bedrooms and three full baths (including one with a Jacuzzi tub). Our fully-equipped kitchen has brand-new state-of-the-art appliances (including a dishwasher!). Don’t feel like cooking? Make a reservation across the street at The Lodge for homemade breakfast and dinner buffets. All chalet guests have access to our on-site amenities.

Please be advised there is no cell phone service at The Lodge (hello, remoteness!). Our WiFi free and fast so you can still access the outside world, if you so choose.

Cancellation Policy
Due to our intimate setting, cancellations affect us significantly. If a cancellation is made 30 days or longer before your arrival date, you may receive a refund of your deposit. If your cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited. If you need to check out earlier than your confirmed dates, you will be responsible for all of the original nights reserved.

Rate & Room Requirements
Room rates are subject to the 7% New York sales tax and a 4% occupancy fee. Room rates and taxes are subject to change without notice. Please note a 2 night stay minimums may apply to peak weekends. Guests will be responsible for any property damage.

Dogs must be leashed at all times. Dogs are not permitted inside the Dining Room or the Lounge/TV room. Dogs are allowed only in select pet-friendly rooms. There is a charge of $50 per dog, for the duration of your stay. We reserve the right to limit the number of dogs on the property at any given time. Guests will be responsible for any property damage inadvertently caused by their dogs.
